Description
This list is for exploring, discussing, learning, sharing ideas and information on
occult Magick, not theatrical magic. We look at Ancient Norse, Celtic, Aboriginal,
Inuit, Native American, Gypsy, Myan etc Cultures and how magic has been taken from
each to form the basis of magick today. We look at the energies of magick in water,
air, fire, earth, moon, sun, the spirit etc... We look at how colours, candles, herbs,
plants, crystals, oils, tools etc are used in magick. How these were used in Ancient
times and how they are currently used today. If you follow any path from Druid,
Shaman, Wiccan (Wicca), Witchcraft (Witch), Pagan etc and want to learn, discuss,
share information on magick join us on this list. People who are beginners or novices
are welcome, but please be warned, serious discussions on magickal topics will be
discussed. This list is very informative and full of information on magick. We deal
with ALL aspects of magick from Thelemic to Chaos, Black, White, Celtic etc. If you
can not handle ALL forms of occult magick then this list is not for you. If reading,
about Black Magick bothers you then dont join this list. This list is for magick in
all its forms, positive and negative.

the Astrologer's Notebook.
This is a discussion list for lovers of the astrological and
symbolic work developed from the ancient lore.
EDITORIAL SLANT
Those who enjoy detailed discussion of the stars, their myths and their
application in daily life, are invited to join. In the hopes of
maintaining a quality of discussion, as well as an environment for
sharing experiences and learning, I will be moderating the list. Also,
the intent of moderation has other benefits: an "economic e-mail" to
limit only a few messages from the list per day, instead of a barrage.
If the frequency becomes too much, I may select particular days for
sending the news to the list.
NEWBIES ARE WELCOME
This list is confined to the discussion of astrology. Particular
attention is given to the needs of those new to, or decidedly "not
professional" in, the study of astrology. "Newbies" and professionals
may exchange information: Encouragement by astrological 'elders' for
their less experienced brethren is given top priority. Questions from
those wishing insight on their particular story and chart are also
considered.
NEW IDEAS DISCUSSED
Professional astrologers may exchange information and experiences about
all techniques, or insights from their practice. Medieval astrology and
the ancient texts are of interest. All discussion of the planetary
symbol is the central theme at the All_Astrology list.
