This list will provide an emergency link among Yahoogroups list owners during
those times when the Yahoo servers are down.
Of neccessity, the list will be unmoderated. (First post moderated.)

Do you have a Friend who believes that the First Amendment
permits them to say whatever they want to on the internet?

To quote the Constitution:

So? How does this affect privately run internet discussion
groups? The First Amendment is designed for Public freedoms, not
private. Don't you agree? If you do or if you don't, here's a
