Do you have a Friend who believes that the First Amendment
permits them to say whatever they want to on the internet?
Do you believe that when a List Moderator asks you to keep "on
topic" that they are violating your First Amendment rights?
If so, we want You on our List! Here's the place to voice your
opinion! See if you can convince others to see your viewpoint!
Talk with others who already agree with your opinion.

To quote the Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of
religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging
the Freedom of Speech, or of the Press; or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for
a redress of Grievances."
So? How does this affect privately run internet discussion
groups? The First Amendment is designed for Public freedoms, not
private. Don't you agree? If you do or if you don't, here's a
place for you to argue your side!
