Purpose:
A list to Promote Lists and Ezines and Newsletters!
A place for list owners to List_Your_Lists!
The purpose of this list is to increase the chances that others might find lists of
interest. Members with lists are encouraged to post their list announcements. Members
without lists are encouraged to Join lists posted to this list! If you find a list
that might be of interest to your friends, please feel free to forward the info to
them.
List Owners may Post each list Once per week... no more than half a dozen lists per
list owner may be posted each day.
No BizOPs, MLM or web pages please!
No Pay2Surf, Pay2Read or other money making opportunities, please!
Submissions should follow the Standard Format of:
Your List Name on the Subject line,
List or Ezine Description in the Message Body,
Include Subscription directions (preferably email subscription directions. No Web Page
URLs except those of known list hosting services. )
No Replies or Forwards are to be sent to the list.
Pass the word about this list, the more people who know about it the better for us
all!

"The term "shared parenting, refers to a post-divorce parenting arrangement that
attempts to approximate the parent-child relationships in the original two-parent
home, in which both parents have not only equal rights and responsibilities for their
children's welfare and upbringing but have an active role to play in the daily
routines of their children's care and development, and in which each other remain
salient attachment figures in their children's lives. As the living arrangement that
most closely resembles the pre-divorce family in cases where both parents had an
active parenting role before divorce, shared parenting encompasses both shared
physical caretaking (the actual day-to-day care of children) and equal authority
regarding children's education, medical care, and religious upbringing." Kruk, Edward,
Ph.D "Although the dispute is symbolized by a 'versus' which signifies two adverse
parties at opposite poles of a line, there is in fact a third party whose interests a!

nd rights make of the line a triangle. That person, the child who is not an official
party to the lawsuit but whose well-being is in the eye of the controversy, has a
right to shared parenting when both are equally suited to provide it. Inherent in the
express public policy is a recognition of the child's right to equal access and
opportunity with both parents, the right to be guided and nurtured by both parents,
the right to have major decisions made by the application of both parents' wisdom,
judgment and experience. The child does not forfeit these rights when the parents
