DSL (Digital Subscriber Line)is one of the fastest growing upgrades to the common
"DialUP" Internet connections. For those of you lucky enough to be in an area where
DSL is being offered, you are one very lucky Internet Surfer. The difference is bot
DOWNLOADING AND UPLOADING speeds is to be seen to be believed.

This groups purpose is (but not necessarily limited to) the following:
1. To talk about your experiences going from Dial-Up to DSL.
2. To ask questions about your DSL provider.
3. To help other list subscribers get answers to their DSL questions.
4. To report problems you are having OR have had with your provider in ordering,
setting up, installing the hardware, etc.
5. To report on a provider who's customer service and Technical support went beyond
your expectations.
6. To have fun and maybe even lear something about the Internet that is not as slow as
you know what.

The Basic Rules of the List:

1. NO ADVERTISING of any kind. If you want to recomend a DSL Provider, please email
the list owner. I will check them out and if I find that they are worthy enough, they
will be added to the Database. Spam of any kind will not be tolorated, nor will the NO
MAIL SETTING or LURKING.
2. Active PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED!
3. FLAMING WILL NOT BE TOLORATED.
4. The List Owner or his Moderator(s) may remove and or ban any list member found
violating the above Rules without further warning.

Remeber, a list is only as good as those who PARTICIPATE. So sign up, and introduce
yourself. Let us know what kind of Internet Backbone your using and what you want to
do on the Net. This list is for the Internet "Newbe" as well and the Internet
"Expert". Thanks for joing and let's start posting.
