Subject: The Ancients List

Hello! Please check out my friends list! If you join, let
them know which list you found it on and spread the word!
Description
The Ancients List - a place for civilized discussion about Ancient, Lost and Mythical
Civilizations including Arthurian Legends, Atlantis, Lemuria (Mu), Ancient Egypt,
Sumeria, Shambhala and other areas and peoples who are lost in the mists of time.

The approach of the list is to present for discussion information and theories
regarding these civilizations from a scientific, archaeological, historical, spiritual
and metaphysical points of view.

The focus will be on what is currently known of the civilizations, with emphasis on
presenting for serious discussion thoughts and opinions on new
discoveries, as will as revisiting existing paradigms for reconsideration.

Examination of some alternative theories may include discussions of literature or
personal anecdotes regarding past live memories, such as the work of Edgar Cayce and
Helen Blavatsky. Also, some theories may include the idea that some of the
civilizations may have been built or visited by extra-terrestrials.

If you are in search of a list that does not consider any opinions or theories other
than mainstream science or history, this is probably not the list for you.

Absolutely no proselyting, advertising, personal attacks or ridicule of the beliefs of
others will be allowed. Offenders will be immediately removed from the list.

Hello! Please check out my friends list! If you join, let them know which list you
found it on and spread the word!
_____________________________________________________
Hallo everyone! This is a group for discussion of hard sf, such as books by Greg
Benford, Greg Bear, Stephen Baxter, all the other Bees... Vernor Vinge, perhaps some
Joan Slonczewski and so on. This is a type of sf that lends itself particularly well
to discussion, with some of the greatest ideas, imagination, and originality in
fiction. All discussion of sf is welcome, as well as a Book of the Month discussion,
of a book nominated and voted for by the group.

Subject: Betrothed

As Christians we are the Bride of Christ. As Christian women we
can closely identify with that sacred position. This group is for
Christian women who view Jesus as their Divine Lover and Husband.
He is our Bridegroom and we are His betrothed. This group is a
place to share our passion for Him and stir one another to deeper levels
of intimacy with Him. As our Husband, He comes first in our
lives. We are fully surrendered and committed to Him as
Lord. Jesus is returning for a bride without spot or
blemish. In this group we will encourage one another to keep our
focus fixed on Him and His desires for us, so He will be well pleased
with us upon His return. As His bride, that is the deepest longing
of our hearts in this group...to please our Beloved.
