mail sent to the list "private" or "public." Does the First
Amendment apply to e-mail discussion lists? Under what
circumstances is it appropriate to unsubscribe and/or ban a
member? Is it acceptable for someone to quote a post from a
different list? Is it proper for the list owner to do so?
