I'd like to announce a relatively new mailing list,
Towards_health_and_beauty.
This group's purpose is multi-faceted and encompasses many
approaches.
It's aim is to provide friendly support and guidance to everyone
struggling
with weight problems. Global strategies involving healthy diet,
exercise,
massage, yoga, Reiki, visualization, auto-hypnosis, motivation and
anything
else available for a healthy, beautiful and youthful you. And, above
all, as
we know that weight problems are not about eating alone but about
emotional
states, unlimited friendly support in discussing anything you feel
you must,
by people who have been there before you and know how you feel!
The list is unmoderated (members do tend to be very courteous, at
least for
now!!!), and for the time being the archives and impressive file
system are
open for visitors, so you're welcome to come and browse.
We have files on all the above subjects, and they're being regularly
added
to.
Recent subjects in October posts include:
the grape cure for detoxification and weight
reducing (full guidelines),
omega-3 fatty oils in a vegetarian diet,
Rational Recovery used for weight management,
face muscle exercises (full set posted),
the overwriting of negative scripts that condition our
lifestyle and habits,
the use of visualization in the achievement of goals,

and more.
