Subject: Prophecy Study
An in-depth study of both Old and New Testament Bible
prophecies. Our intent is to learn from scripture and grow in its meaning by
carefully considering all aspects of the prophetic Biblical passages.
The Bible is the textbook and retains full unquestioned authority, however
non-denomination resources and reference material of
recognized value, both Biblical and Historical, may be included in our
discussions for supplementary consideration. Please be prepared to list
sources if requested to do so. List-members are invited to present
topics for conversation, for discussion or for debate, keeping in mind
that this is a Christian environment and all exchanges must be polite in
content, be respectful of the diversity of members and have the singular
purpose of sharing. No faith-based Biblical doctrine is to be
questioned. No unfounded speculation. No religious/non-religious bias. No
proselytizing. No prophesying.
Christianity is the theme, not paganism, atheism, or
witchcraft. These points of view are not accepted. We believe that Jesus Christ
is the Son of God, came to earth in the flesh, died on the cross for our
sins, and only He can save us. You probably will not feel welcome if
you do not believe this and/or pray to other deities.
