Vishal, The problem is due to the URL you are using and the script being unable to connect to MailManager, as Andrew said. You can get around this by manually calling the url http://yourdomain.com/mailmanager/process_task which will retrieve the mail and also do any maintenance work needed. This is effectively what MMGetMail.py will do.
