That's MailManager 2.1 released. This version offers significant improvements
over the 2.0 series, including the following:
* Queueing Support
* Fine grained reporting
* Significant performance improvements
* Fully accessible user interface with CSS
* Improved unicode support
The download can be obtained from

Please read UPGRADE.txt for full details of how to upgrade from an earlier
2.0 version of MailManager. Note that some requirements have changed.
