It would also be useful to have a fourth option: “Preview Only” that displays *only* the preview window, instead of the composer. When this option is enabled, and Preview is togged on, the composer window will disappear (i.e., hidden below the preview).

This would actually be ideal for me: I toggle on Preview to see if my markdown renders as expected, then send. Or, toggle back to Compose mode to edit further.

I Don’t use the “Preview at Bottom” option because it has a significant flaw: when the preview is turned off, the size of the compose window does not return to its original height (full screen height). I also just prefer having full-hight preview area, better for long emails.
