There is a list navigation-related shortcuts here:

But the standard OS X keys such as ⌥⇣ or ⌥ (to expand a thread)
are not included.
shift-F, 1: sets a red flag
shift-F, 2: sets an orange flag
...
shift-F, 0: clears any flag
These are not documented, because I couldn't decide if they were good
default shortcuts :-) In other words, I'm willing to both change the
defaults and document them. They are, by the way, handled by key
bindings in “Standard.plist” in the application bundle and can be
replaced by custom key bindings.
