Thank you, i already activated showPrivateNamespace. That switch provided me 
with the ability to see the server side subscribed folders. I would like to see 
an option that overrides the server side subscription state. Desired result: 
All shared folders are subscribed by default from the client side (Mailmate).

"Edit subscriptions" in the IMAP Account Settings show all shared folders (with 
a tick in the checkbox) but they don't show up in the folder list under 
"Sources". Only the server side subscribed folders show up. Could this be a bug?

The folders from the private namespace can be manipulated with the option in 
the IMAP Account Settings with checking "Ignore server subscription state for 
private namespace". I would be happy to have this for the shared folder 
namespace.
