You're quite right. There's something about seeing "is not in" there
that always makes me think that the next item (if I select it) will be
specific to some attributes of a list-id, rather than specific to a
container which itself can have list-ids in it.
BTW. I'm assuming you know there's a display bug when adding new
conditions like that? Where the condition will suddenly appear to
disappear after you add it, and then you have to close the dialog and
