How can I reopen an ticket?
I'm notified about all ticket updates (and I'll reopen if appropriate).
I haven't reacted to the one above yet, but there is no other excuse
than that I still have a rather large backlog of unhandled emails. Sorry
about that (and sorry to anyone else not receiving a reply yet).
