It's part of the experimental 2.0 features. Hold down ⌥ when
clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane and
then enable 2.0 features in the General preferences pane (if you
haven't already done so).
I’ve had 2.0 features enabled for quite a while, but I’ve only been
installing “Normal Releases”. Maybe that’s why.
