No, but I've intended to make it the default behavior for replies with some way to get the old behavior (which I some times find useful). This is available in the latest test release, but I'm not sure I can recommend updating since I'm currently getting reports from some users about accounts becoming “unavailable”. If you do want to update: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.
