Yes, it is correct. No, you cannot change this. Sorry. It's a
relatively common request to make IMAP accounts and folders
reorderable, but I don't know what a Folder Sort Priority is. Sorting
based on the number of unread messages perhaps?

I think it means sort folders by the sort number from low to high.
