I believe this issue is fixed now (based on feedback from Thomas). A new
test release is available. I've cleaned up the release notes and I'll
push it as an update for all 64 bit users later and probably also for 32
bit beta/test users. (Hopefully getting close to completely replace the
current 32 bit release.)
