Folder Editing window that shows this information and at the same time
allows editing of the name, the displayed count, the Sync schedule,
the folder type, etc.
I'm not sure about the toolbar, but it's been on my todo for a long time
to include these settings (and a lot more) in the mailbox editor. Some
day.
