I would expect it to work if you have set the account as the default
account in the Composer preferences pane. If you have done that then we
should probably debug off list. I'll need your `.plist` files in this
folder:
~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/
(Setting a default account does not prevent MailMate from changing the
address when you enter a recipient if you have sent emails to the
recipient in the past.)
