Wait, did I miss the change that allows threads to be sorted by most
recent message instead of oldest? Apparently I've been sorting by `Date
Received`, which doesn't support it, but if I sort by `Date Sent`, it
works. Furthermore, it looks like thread grouping now works even when
there are gaps!
