Several times, I've turned on the SpamSieve option in Preferences. Every time, it seems to turn itself off. Do I need to do something more?

Usually this would happen if MailMate cannot locate SpamSieve. It then turns it off in order to not waste time trying to find it every time a message arrives. (Doing it silently is not very user friendly though.)

Are you sure SpamSieve is installed?
