I've also recently updated the manual page (not online) to include
this: “The easiest way to obtain the UUID of a mailbox [...] is to
simply select the mailbox and then use “Edit ▸ Copy” (⌘C) to
put the value on the pasteboard.”
That works really well, and helped me get a moveToMailBox to a nested
folder that I had been struggling to fix. Thanks Benny.
