They are all online I think. They are not in bold; the only one in bold
is **INBOX**. Actually I’m not sure why inbox is in that list of
sources.

My inbox in Mailmate has 6 items which seems right; but on my iPhone
and Apple Mail there are hundreds in the inbox. I thought something
was going wrong with my iPhone but then I checked Apple Mail and saw
that they were the same.

It could be incomplete moves out of your Inbox in MailMate. This could
happen if the destination mailbox is not online (or hasn't finished
synchronizing for some reason). Check under SOURCES in the mailbox
list that all mailboxes in the account are online (not greyed out).
