You can force re-authentication by delete the items names as follows in
Keychain Access:
com.freron.MailMate.Google.oauth-*
But it sounds like it might not reach the authentication step. Keep the
Activity Viewer open and then use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs” after
it fails.
(It's also a bug even if it's necessary to force reauthentication.)
