Replying to myself: it is not possible to print lists of messages for
any mailbox. Print item is active when one or more messages in a
mailbox are selected. MM prints then the content of selected messages,
one message per page. I am filing a ticket to add an option to print
list views.
I've replied to the ticket. (Anyone with comments on such a feature can
add to that.)
