I rarely use this feature myself, but as far as I know it's not broken
(I don't have any other reports about it).
Here's a way to test it: Find two messages (a message and its reply) in
the Inbox. Mute the message and move it elsewhere. Then use “Message
▸ Reset...” to emulate that the reply arrives.
