I sent Benny a sample and the latest test build now is fixed so I'm
having a much faster mailmate now :)

I just did a little testing and opening a reply for the same message
is sometimes instant and sometimes I have to wait as described. The
very long wait times as seldom but there were a few times that I have
thought that MM hang up.
In those cases, try the statement I provided above and send me the
resulting file (off list):
sample MailMate 10 -f ~/Desktop/sample_mailmate.txt
