In a perfect world it would be possible to change buttons depending on
subject, attachment type etc. But fixes buttons I can configure would
be great. Any help is appreciated, I have not found anything on this
in de documentation.

The filename of an attachment is also a link which, when clicked, opens
the file in the default application. So that is your Open attachment
button I guess. You can save it then as ever you wish. So that is in
indirect Save As button.
