I think maybe it does, because there are fewer messages in the Deleted Messages folder of my active accounts than there would be otherwise, but I can’t find anything about it in preferences or the manual.
Many IMAP providers enforce some kind of auto-deletion of junk and/or trashed messages. Are you sure this is not the case?
If you still think MailMate is deleting the messages then we can debug the problem off list.
