The easiest is probably to add a rule to your Archive mailbox which
simply has an action which says “Set Tag/Keyword Seen”.

For example,
Email Address(es): First Name <[email protected]>, Second Name
<[email protected]>
It could also be:
Name: First Name
Email Address(es): [email protected], Second Name <[email protected]>
