Oh, I know about and use that feature heavily on my corporate account, just as it says: "to warn against sending to folks outside the company". :-)


Thanks, I've found those now. How would I view existing entries in the blacklist and/or remove them?

They are saved in this file:

        ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Blacklist.plist

You can only use the GUI to remove something by looking in the same menu (the menu items should switch to “Remove” when something is already blacklisted). I know this is not always sufficient.
