Is there a way to update it, maybe by making it look more like the bar below the folders lists?

Hi - I’ve noticed that the bar showing signature/markdown
preference/from/attachments above the composer and viewer window is a
holdover from older versions of macOS and doesn’t quite work on a high
resolution screen.
