Hi Benny,
this wasn’t happening before updating Mailmate to the most recent
version, so I am under the impression that the update could have to do
with that. After checking all Preferences in Security & Privacy, I saw
that Mailmate has everything under “Accessibility” and
“Automation” enabled as well as Omnifocus.
Does someone else also see this issue?

This is related to the permissions given in “System Preferences ▸
Security & Privacy ▸ Privacy”. I'm on High Sierra right now, so
I'm a bit unsure exactly what you need to enable (for OmniFocus).
