The from used to be with other popup elements below to/cc/bcc field set.
The line with popups was recently moved above the to/cc/bcc set and more
recently the To popup joined the set as its own item above To. There was
one release that had a bug and did not show that new From element, so an
upgrade to the newest version should fix the reported issue.

I also have a From.
Do you (Randall) have more than one mail account or just aliases for
one account? (I have two accounts plus aliases.)
