MailMate had something like this a long time ago, but it's no longer supported/working.
Some of my mailboxes are Cleary not in full sync but no idea how to control that.
Some IMAP servers (like Gmail) has a feature which limits how many emails are provided via IMAP. Could this possibly explain it?
