I created a few smart mailboxes to divide email by year.
In creating the rules, there seemed to be some ambiguity in the *is
before* and *is after* rules. Sometimes they would include 1/1/20xx, and
sometimes not. Sometimes 12/31/20xx would include 1/1/20xx of the
following year. So I’m not sure if they function as *is on or before*
or *is before* (for instance).
