There is some problem that makes smart mailboxes to get wildly
re-arranged. They move from being under some inbox to the top of the
sidebar.
Hmm, I think this might have been triggered by something else. MailMate
remembers the location of a mailbox by remembering which mailbox comes
before it. Some types of changes (for example editing mailboxes directly
in the file) might have side-effects for the ordering.
You could try if you can reproduce this issue by getting the
“original” file from a backup:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist
Only replace this file while MailMate is *not* running.
If you can reproduce it then let me know off list and I'll try to
reproduce/debug it.
