Folks, that’s it: The email I want to change the font size of is set
in HTML. (But it is sent from yahoo webmail.)

The menu commands for Format > Bigger/Smaller work for me if the email
is formatted as plain text. I only seem to have issues if trying to
adjust the text size of emails sent via Outlook.
