Maybe. What nails are you using?

Less metaphorically: what is filtering your mail and putting it in the Junk folder? SpamSieve? Something server-side? Another MUA like Apple Mail?

A remedial approach that should work with whatever is putting the messages in Junk is to add a rule to Junk that looks for the victim's address in new messages and moves them out of Junk.

A preventive approach requires retraining whatever is actually doing the filtering (which isn't MM.)
