Both me and my wife see that a few times a year on our accounts which are using office365 service. Nowhere else. Benny or someone else explained that once on the list. It is a server-side issue, a reset of some sort. It might be happening for all mail clients but not all report it.

I have had this happen many times. MailMate seems to pay attention to more details than many email clients so that mail servers that are a bit erratic can drive it crazy. (Not a scientific explanation, I know, but I don't understand these issues well.)

If your situation is the same as mine, it won't happen every time you launch MailMate but might happen a couple or three times a year.

This weekend when I launched Mailmate, I got the following warning
(attached). All my mailboxes (and I have a great number) got desynchronized, and take forever (and even more) to resynchronize (and I suspect I will get the same problem the next time I launch Mailmate).

What is the best solution to solve the problem? Reinstall Mailmate? Anything else?

My other mail clients seem to work OK.

Importantly, the same problem happened when I opened Mailmate on 2 different computers.
