How can I edit the way MailMate chooses an email address for a given person? There is one person who has had a few different emails over the years and for some weird reason these past few weeks, every time I create a new email to him it chooses to use a defunct email. Which of course, i don't notice til days later when he hasn't responded and I get a 'failed notice.' I have gone to my contacts and made sure to delete that email from his card, but it still comes up (because it's first alphabetically, I guess?) when I type his name in the 'to' field.

Is there a 'preferred' email setting, or a way to delete old email?
