Have you looked at the extended list of message attributes? If I search
for attach, I see attachment-count and x-has-attach which sound like
possibilities for you. Except that you would need to use a smart
mailbox. But you could have such a smart mailbox picking up msg only
with attachments as a submailbox of whatever else and then you would use
the toolbar search for finding the specific message.
