You can enable “Unless messages are explicitly marked as Not Junk”
in the Security preferences pane. Then use “Message ▸ Junk State
▸ Not Junk” to load images or bind a key to `markAsNotJunk:`.
When I move a message out of Junk (right-click the message in Junk,
select move out of Junk), the message is still marked as Junk in the
INBOX. It keeps the red border. Quitting and restarting MailMate makes
it NotJunk.
