You can drag & drop any mailbox in the "Mailboxes" section of the
mailbox list panel (i.e. NOT the Sources section) into any other
mailbox there.
You can also create folders by creating a smart mailbox and removing any
source mailboxes for it. The symbol is then slightly different: it is
just a folder without the dark circle.
