Ed, you're absolutely right; I just reproduced it. And it doesn't
matter whether you use the keyboard shortcut or the
'Edit->Find->Find...' menu item, it still collapses the window as
described.

This is a known bug, and Benny made a couple of attempts to fix it in
two post-r5820 builds, but other stuff was seriously broken (e.g., reply
= insta-crash).

I assume this is high on the list of problems being addressed as part of
a larger update focused on UI layout issues. For now, I would avoid
using CMD-F in MM, which I know is hard because the muscle-memory is
strong there.

Hi Bryan

Apple’s Custom Domain Support works fine for me. I just added the domain and a single email address for me and mail arrives in same inbox as my @icloud.com address. With MailMate I just set up multiple email addresses in settings. So far, so good!

Any ideas on how Apple's custom email domains are implemented and if they are easy to use with MailMate? I would be interested in the feature if it worked with MailMate.

Also - I can't get my outlook account to work constantly. MailMate sends me to authorize on the webpage endlessly....any tips??

Does iCloud Custom Domain properly mask their domains in all the headers - ie, doesn't have that "on behalf of" stuff that Gmail used to do?

Regarding smart mailboxes, my understanding has always been that it is
impossible to maintain them between 2 computers (running Mailmate).
Does any workaround exist?

Just a note that I hope Benny will see — r5826, released today (my
time), does indeed fix the Composer issue in r5821 through r5825 which
kept causing a crash whenever I’d open a new email. As the Release
Notes say:

Fixed: The composer would crash if MmSMTPAlternativeEnabled was NO
(which it is by default).

I’m sending this **from** r5826 as proof. :-) Thank you, sir!

Hi, how did you find that update? If I hold down the option key when
clicking "Check Now", MM tells me that r5820 is current.

Unless something has changed, I don't think Benny recommends folks
download build found directly on his website. Many of those are
internal builds for his own use.
