Possible that your other device was updated in the interim?
'fraid not. I left it overnight. I also remembered (immediately after
posting, of course) that I I - unusually - have my work laptop with
me, also running MM. On the laptop, the expected behaviour is
happening: I delete a message, pick up my phone, watch it disappear,
then do it in reverse - delete on the phone, watch it vanish from MM
on laptop. In other words all devices except Mac Mini are swiftly
synchronising changes which only receives changes but appears not to
'send' them.
So there is clearly something not right on the Mac Mini set up - I'll
email Benny.
I saw something like this a few years ago with my iMac. It had to do
with the "app nap" feature, but that's gone, and MailMate worked for me
properly after that. But there was a work-around you can try for a few
folders: right-click on the folder and select "Synchronization
Type|Connected". There's a limit, though, to how many folders you can
set like that. (Caveat: this was my experience from several years ago,
many versions of MacOS and MailMate in the past. I have no idea if this
will still help, but if it does, it might be a clue to the underlying
problem.)
