It did -- although the original text was still there somehow, because if I hit Forward or Reply on an email with that error message, the text that should have been there reappeared. Can confirm that it is not :) I'm still able to select the Premailer (Python) bundle, and when I do, "Inline CSS (with Premailer)" is a valid option in the Composer pane.
