I use [Devon’s
WordService](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/wordservice/id899972312?mt=12)
to change case of selected text system-wide.
Command-Option-Control-U makes text all-uppercase, and
Command-Option-Control-L makes it all-lowercase.
It works in nearly every app. But while the all-uppercase shortcut works
great in MailMate, the all-lowercase one does not work.
I don’t see any conflicting shortcut using Command-Option-Control-L in
MailMate, nor any such use configured for MailMate in
Prefs/Keyboard/Shortcuts.
